Instructions: Print out this pageof coupons, and fill out YOUR name and address on each card. Cut out the cards and give them out to your friends. Your friends will receive $5 off their first massage when they present the coupon, and as a reward, you will receive, via the mail, a $5 coupon good towards your next massage. You may accumulate coupons and use more than one at a time, and they have no expiration, so you can gather them up and may be able to earn free massages. The more referrals you give out, the cheaper your massages will get!
